Participants will review current statistics for diabetes as well as how diabetes impacts individuals, rehabilitation services and employment. Cancellation Policy: If you cancel your registration prior to the training, you may either send a substitute participant or use this payment as a credit toward a future training. If you do not cancel and do not attend the training, you will still be responsible for the fee. You must cancel 2 business days prior to the start date of the training. Cancellations are not accepted for teleclasses.

CRC Policy: You must attend all sessions in order to receive CRC credit. No partial CRC credit will be given. You must complete our brief, online evaluation to receive CRC credit. After the evaluation deadline has passed, CRC forms will be sent electronically ONLY to participants who have submitted an evaluation.
