Event Registration Frequently Asked Questions

• If you have created a CPass ID, your username and password is the one you entered when you created your CPass ID
• If you have not created a CPass ID, click "Sign Up!" on the log in page to create a CPass ID and create a username and password

• Click "Sign Up!" to create a CPass ID that will contain your username and password
• On the next screen, you will enter your contact information to include shipping & billing addresses
• You will then be directed to the payment page where you will choose type of payment.  You may select "Organization or State will pay" if your organization or state is paying.  Also, if there is no fee for the registration, you will be sent directly to the page to agree to terms and register.
• You must agree to the terms then click, register.
• Once you register, you will be given an invoice number.  This is a number to reference your registration, but does not mean that you are required to pay for free registrations.  Please reference this number when paying.

• An email address may contain letters, numbers and the following characters: "@-+.'_"
• Examples: firstname.lastname@myorg.com, firstname_lastname@myorg.com, name@myorg.com

• A username must be between 4 and 30 characters
• A username may contain letters, numbers and the following characters: "@-+.'_"

• A password must be between 6 and 14 characters
• A password can contain letters, numbers and any characters
• Passwords are case sensitive
• It is recommended that you choose a strong password that contains upper and lower case letters and at least one number and one non-alphanumeric character

• Use the password reset feature to reset your password
• Click here to reset your password
• If you have trouble resetting your password, call the RCEP office.

• After you create your CPass ID, you will be taken to the payment page.
• You must check "I Agree" at the bottom of the page to agree to the terms.
• Then, you must click or enter "Register" button.  You may have to scroll down to get to check box and button.
