The University of Arkansas CURRENTS invites you to join CLICK! The Community Leadership Institute for Change Knowledge is focused on growing managers and leaders of the rehabilitation community on all levels. If we intend to work together, we must begin by learning and creating together. This series will include participants from across the field of rehabilitation and will include all types of learning formats. “Managing” as we knew it, is a thing of the past; we will now begin to focus on “coaching” and “growing” the people we support to ensure organizational prosperity.
