Ecstatic Engagement and Meaningful Motivation: Teambuilding in a Virtual (and Blended) Environment
Ecstatic Engagement and Meaningful Motivation is a virtual training.
This workshop helps participants cultivate the skills needed to keep team connected, engaged, and inspired in the workplace, whether working virtually, in the office, or in a blended environment.
Learning Objectives:
- Build trust, inclusion, and connectivity
- Improve productivity, morale, and cohesiveness as a team
- Learn more about team members on both a personal and professional level
- Develop a better understanding of each other and improve workplace culture
- Help remote teams develop purpose, vision, and enthusiasm
- Improve communication and shared identity.
Participants will receive a facilitation and debriefing guide for all activities.
Day 1: Hello, My Name Is... (May 9th) Participants establish connections and commonalities, build a foundation for trust, openness, and understanding.
Day 2: The Power of Commonalities & Connections (May 16). This session focuses on the issues that help build wholeness, inclusion, and safety in a team.
Day 3: Lean on Me: Creating a Well-Oiled Machine (May 23, 2022). By acknowledging our humanity, team members overcome their natural tendencies that make success so elusive.

Presenter:
Veronica C. Jackson, M.Ed., is a Certified Life Coach who has a passion for leadership development. She is committed to helping others find their why. She is a first-generation college graduate who has worked inthe fields of vocational rehabilitation and education for more than 19 years. As a trainer, she enjoys helping others become well-rounded leaders who are equipped with the tools needed to face their futures without fear of failure.
