Change happens at increasingly greater rates in the 21st Century. The rehabilitation industry is affected by changes in all sectors of the world of work. In addition to responsiveness to change, the rehabilitation field has initiated change in its own identity and structure over time. Project Management is an essential skill for implementing change. This session will include training in Project Management as well as activities for greater understanding of the dynamics of change.
