If you have not paid your 2025 NCSAB Membership Dues, you must register based on your current status as a Non-Member. If you are unsure of your dues status, please contact NCSAB Treasurer natasha.jerde@state.mn.us before registering.
Early Registration: February 2 - 27, 2026
- Member Early Registration: $495 per person
- Non Member Early Registration: $845 per peson
- Group Registration (Members): $450 per person for 5 or more
- One Day Registration: $400 per person
- Speaker Registration: $300 per person for full conference
- Exhibitor Early Registration: $1,690 (includes 2 persons per exhibitor table)
Late Registration: February 28 - March 24, 2026
- Member Late Registration: $545 per person
- Non-Member Late Registration: $895 per person
- Group Registration (Members): $500 per person for 5 or more
- One Day Late Registration: $450 per person
- Speaker Registration: $300 per person for full conference
- Exhibitor Late Registration: $1,740 (includes 2 persons per exhibitor table)
Cancellation: Full refund if received before February 27. 1/2 Registration February 28 - March 23. No refunds after March 23.

Ask for the CSAVR/NCSAB room block (G-CS4V). The hotel is conveniently located on the Metro Center - you never have to go outside to get to the hotel. You can use the Blue Line from Reagan Airport to the hotel's Metro stop.
The hotel is 4.5 miles from Regan Airport and roughly 11 minutes depending on the time of day. Be aware of rush hour times when booking flights. The hotel is located on Metro Center Stop.
