National Pathways to Leadership is a nationally recognized leadership academy designed for vocational rehabilitation professionals who aspire to leadership roles and seek a broader, systems-level perspective. This program provides participants with exposure to national VR priorities, executive-level leadership insight, and cross-agency learning. Through virtual sessions led by nationally recognized VR leaders, participants build strategic leadership capacity, deepen self-awareness, and strengthen their ability to lead change in complex environments.

Participants complete a structured leadership portfolio and a capstone project focused on addressing national vocational rehabilitation priorities, culminating in a formal presentation. Graduates earn a UA CURRENTS Pathways Leadership Certification, reinforcing professional credibility, portability across agencies, and readiness for leadership roles beyond a single organization.
