LeadVR is an immersive leadership development academy designed to grow a strong pipeline of mid-level VR leaders who directly influence staff performance, consumer outcomes, and overall effectiveness of VR agencies. As VR systems across the country face increasing demands, evolving regulations, workforce shortages, and rising expectations for performance and innovation, strong leadership is no longer optional – it is essential.
LeadVR equips participants with the skills, insights, and confidence needed to lead teams, manage change, and drive agency priorities forward. Through an integrated blend of leadership assessment, coaching, and application-based learning framed around VR-specific technical content, participants develop the competencies required for effective leadership in VR.
This program combines dynamic training, targeted group coaching, and high impact capstone projects to build leaders who can think strategically, communicate effectively, support staff, and contribute meaningfully to VR system improvement. Participants learn to navigate the complexities of VR administration, including performance management, policy interpretation, fiscal stewardship, and organizational change, while grounding their leadership practice in self-awareness and emotional intelligence.
Key topics include leadership fundamentals, workforce engagement, decision making, communication, group dynamics, performance improvement, and leading teams through transformation. Participants also develop a capstone project aligned with one of the following key national priority areas:

To support sustained leadership growth, LeadVR includes three hours of small-group coaching, facilitated by experienced VR leaders. These confidential sessions help participants to strengthen individual performance, translate assessment results into actional professional goals, and build habits that support effective supervision and team engagement.

All virtual sessions are held from 11 am CST - 3 pm CST.
Cost: $1,800 per person
Group Fee: $1,500 per person (5-8 persons per agency)
